Initial Trial Lesson
For those who have never taken private lessons before or are seeking a new instructor, I would love to offer a free trial lesson. I believe that the interaction between a student and their instructor is very important for musical success and enjoyment in lessons. Finding the right instructor can take time and that is why I offer this opportunity for us to get acquainted and adjusted before any final decisions are made.
Regular Lessons
Regular lessons are offered for students who wish to study on a weekly basis, usually spanning a school year or specific term specified in our lesson agreement. These lessons will be tailored to each students level and will also be modified for the interest of the student. Lessons will cover clarinet methods, technique, exercises and solo material.
Lessons are available in 30 minute sessions, but for advanced students hour lessons are also available.

*Parents are welcome to sit in on any and all of their child's weekly lessons.
Online Lessons
Short term lessons are designed for special occasion musical preparation and summer sessions. A lot of students are unable to commit to regular lessons, but require assistance in preparation for a special performance, solo & Ensemble or extra credit sessions during the summer. I offer various rates for short term lessons and schedule sessions applicable to performance preparation.
Group Lessons
It's not uncommon to play in a clarinet choir or woodwind ensemble. For young musicians its essential to have guidance, direction and often a conductor for chamber groups. I offer group lessons for chamber ensembles formed in schools and through my studio, and also respond to special requests for school sectional teaching and master classes.
